What we collect and why

• Account data you give us at registration: name, email address and a password (stored only as a hash). Needed to create and secure your account.
• Your language preference and team memberships, to show the service in your language and with the right access.
• The time you accepted this policy and which version, as proof of consent.
• Technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Email delivery events (sent, delivered, bounced) from our email provider, so we know whether our messages reach you.

Legal basis

We process account data to provide the service you registered for (contract), and your consent for this policy. Security logging is our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.

Retention

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account and until you ask us to delete it. Approved users can delete their account from their settings at any time; anyone can ask us to delete their data by email.

• Our hosting provider in the EU for running the service.
• Fathom Analytics for privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics on the public website.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and take your data with you. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date above. Material changes are announced by email to registered users.
